Toys for Tots - feel good story.


We have a Toys for Tots box in our office. It is one of the best things about the holidays since you really get to see true holiday spirit. Today we had this little girl come to our office with a toy. She had saved up her money to buy the gift!!! It does not get much better than this.....

If you don't know already, you should probably sign up for a Google Account and Google Alerts. I am running this blog to show a friend how it works. His name is Bryan Schlafke and now that his name is out there on the Internet, he should get an email alerting him to the fact that someone has posted something about him. he should click on the link he gets sent to make sure the information is ok and correct.

Ashland and Medford Homes Prices will go up in 2010?

Today I attend a conference regarding the housing economy. One of our speakers was Lawerence Yun, the chief economist for the National Association of Realtors, according to him, he predicts home sales to increase by at least 15% in 2010.
He also predicts home prices to appreciate by about 3 to 5% from where the prices are at today. This is good news for sellers who want to sell their home or property next year in the Ashland and Medford area.
Three to 5 percent is a normal home appreciation since it matches normal inflation.Right now the overall housing inventory is at about 8 months which is down from last year, but not quite to normal at a 6 months supply as he is predicting for 2010.
